In further reference to the letter from the
Department of January the 12th last, the Nursing Committee
have pleasure in recommending Kise K.E.Pipkin to the
Secretary of State, as a suitable candidate for appointment
as a Nursing Sister in the Hong Kong Civil Hospital, to
fill the vacancy caused by the retirement of Miss Lee.
I beg to enclose herewith Miss Pipkin's
application form and papers, and to say that she will
be prepared to leave Eng) and any time after March the 1st.
